Since 1997, our mission has been clear: to create spaces that generate growth and opportunity. What began as a residential development company in central Mexico has evolved into a dynamic real estate platform focused on building communities, delivering value, and shaping the built environment.
Over the past two decades, we have developed more than 20,000 homes across key markets including San Luis Potosí, León, Celaya, Aguascalientes, Querétaro,
Guanajuato, Reynosa, and Matamoros. Each project reflects our commitment to quality, long-term vision, and the communities we serve.
In 2019, we expanded our footprint to San Antonio, Texas, marking the beginning of our international growth. Our initial focus on single-family residential developments quickly evolved into multifamily projects, strengthening our presence in the U.S. market.
Building on this momentum, H Developments expanded its platform into industrial real estate in 2024, launching a new division dedicated to flex industrial, office, and warehouse spaces designed for modern businesses and entrepreneurs.
With multiple projects scheduled between 2025 and 2026, H Developments continues to expand its portfolio across residential and industrial sectors—creating high-quality spaces that support families, businesses, and investors. We build with
