From 2019–2022, it built an agile model supplier and contractor partnerships, QA/QC, and data-driven commercial management laying the groundwork for multifamily and light commercial projects.
In 2023–2024, the company formalized a dual portfolio strategy across residential and industrial/commercial uses while strengthening governance and financial discipline.
In 2025, it unified under H Developments with two divisions: H Homes (residential) and H Business Parks (industrial and commercial), advancing a shared mission to create exceptional places to live, work, and grow.
